Handmade Products

All press‑on nail sets are handcrafted. This means:

  • Minor variations may occur between sets

  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings

  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume

We take care to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in every set.

Ready‑to‑Ship Items

Ready‑to‑ship items are sold as shown. Customers are responsible for reviewing product photos and descriptions before purchasing.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing time. Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on postal services

  • TeeTreeNails is not responsible for delays caused by couriers

  • Lost parcels will be investigated through the courier before any action is taken

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate sizing information

  • Review product descriptions and photos before purchasing

  • Communicate respectfully and clearly when requesting custom work

Communication

By contacting TeeTreeNails through Instagram, Etsy, or email, you consent to receiving replies related to your enquiry or order.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically to your requested sizes, colours, and designs. Because of this:

  • Custom orders are non‑refundable once production has started

  • Changes to your design can only be made if work has not begun

  • Accurate sizing is the customer’s responsibility

Sizing kits are available to help ensure a correct fit.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through third‑party platforms such as Etsy. TeeTreeNails does not store or have access to your payment details.

Returns & Refunds

Our full Refund Policy applies. In summary:

  • Custom orders are non‑refundable

  • Ready‑to‑ship items may be returned unused and in original packaging

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, branding, and content created by TeeTreeNails are the property of the artist. They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Updates to Terms

TeeTreeNails may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to all future orders.
